Booking check-in & Check Out.
Check in time is 02.00 pm; Check out time is 12.00 noon. Should the guest wish to retain the room beyond this time and the room is available up to 6.00pm, a charge of half the applicable tariff may be applied. After 6.00pm, the full applicable tariff will be charged.
Cancellations and “No Show” (24hours)
reservation made can only be rescheduled within 24hrs after payment is made. Failing this deadline may result in a “No Show” charge being applied “No Show” charge is equivalent to a One-Night Room Charge.
Food
Due to health and safety obligations, we do not allow any food or beverage outside of the hotel to be consumed in the hotel premises.
